Madeleine Moore

I am an applied mathematician specializing in developing mathematical models for problems inspired by real-world and industrial phenomena. I have a particular focus on problems in continuum mechanics, which I tackle using techniques such as perturbation methods and applied complex variables. 

My research interests include impact dynamics and splashing, evaporation and the coffee-ring effect, fretting fatigue and phase change modelling. You can read more about my various research areas here and find my publications here.
